Since joining Niche Commercial in 2020, he has been instrumental in managing significant projects for esteemed clients like the Ministry of Education and Callaghan Innovations. 

Originally from Scotland, Kevin's journey in the industry began with civil projects and golf course construction before he transitioned to New Zealand's construction scene. His impressive portfolio boasts award-winning projects, including the Arise Church in Petone and cutting-edge pharmaceutical labs. 

Kevin is dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes by fostering strong relationships with all project stakeholders, from site labour to consultants, ensuring every project is executed with excellence. He looks forward to driving your next project to success.
