Lucas has been in the construction industry since 2015, accumulating invaluable experience.

Equipped with an NZQA Level 4 Qualification in Fabrication and a Level 2 Welding Inspector Certification, Lucas expertly combines his technical skills with strategic leadership to guide his team. His career is marked by significant contributions to major projects, including large scale fabrication works across Wellington. These projects include the David Jones refurbishment and restrengthening at 165 Lambton Quay, the large-scale new steel structure at 11 Prosser St, Porirua, and the earthquake strengthening of all 9 floors at 23 Waring Taylor Street.
