Niche Modular recently completed the final handover of an exciting project at Rewa Rewa School, delivering state-of-the-art classrooms that surpassed expectations in quality, functionality, and design.

This project emphasized the benefits of offsite manufacturing while showcasing Niche’s expertise in creating tailored solutions for educational spaces. Initially, Rewa Rewa School expressed concerns about the feasibility and quality of offsite manufacturing. However, a visit to Niche’s factory quickly dispelled any doubts. Principal Jan Otene was particularly struck by the precision, durability, and craftsmanship of the prefabricated components. This first hand experience established confidence in Niche’s approach and set the foundation for a strong, collaborative relationship.
