The school faced urgent pressure to expand its infrastructure to accommodate more students while maintaining a safe and uninterrupted learning environment. Niche deployed its off-site volumetric manufacturing approach to tackle these challenges. This method involved constructing building modules in a controlled environment before assembling them on-site.

The project was completed quickly and efficiently, providing four new teaching spaces, a modern administration block, and toilet facilities - now named Te Whare o Rihari. This rapid delivery ensured the school could meet its growing roll without delays, and the new spaces supported high-quality teaching and learning environments.
