Wellington Girls College
We’re proud to have been selected by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to deliver their first multi-level construction project. Leveraging our extensive experience in education projects, and multi-level modular design, we were tasked with rapidly creating teaching spaces for Wellington Girls’ College (WGC), that would meet the immediate needs of the school. Time was a key factor in this project. With the 2025 academic year fast approaching, we focused on ensuring students had safe, functional teaching spaces ready in time for Term 1. These short-term facilities were designed to support uninterrupted learning, while WGC and MOE worked towards more permanent infrastructure solutions.
How We Delivered
To meet these tight timelines, we used our proven off-site volumetric construction approach. By prefabricating building components in a controlled environment and then assembling them on-site, we significantly reduced construction time and minimized disruption to the school's operations. This method allowed us to deliver high-quality spaces efficiently, without compromising on safety or usability. Tailored to Specific Needs
Multi-level projects come with unique challenges, especially around space optimization and functionality. We worked closely with WGC and MOE to understand their specific requirements and design a solution that met those needs.
