These include: 3,495m² of post-tensioned concrete flooring, with both suspended and on-grade floors constructed for performance and durability.
· Custom-engineered pre-cast concrete panels, showcasing our ability to tailor solutions for client-specific needs.
· Heavy-duty structural integrity built with 280 tonnes of structural steel and 201 tonnes of reinforcing steel, reflecting an unwavering emphasis on safety and resilience.
· A total pour of 1,171m³ of concrete, executed with technical expertise.
· A robust foundation supported by 12,706m³ of gravel raft foundation fill, ensuring long-term structural stability.
